Overall experience was good. It was a great course, well structured. The trainer was young & bold, her presentation style was great, the training was not just monologue rather it was a dialogue between participants and the trainer with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk with good examples, and motivational content which made it easy, informative and enjoyable for the participants. Content was very well designed which was customized according to the training needs of the department. In future, we are looking to doing more training sessions (Professional & Personality development) for each department. Trainer comes with good energy; her coaching style is great which is the most important factor for each participant to stay attentive and easy to understand.
Ms. Khyati Conducted Time Management, Leadership Skills Development and Outbound Team Building session for our Project Managers and Project Engineers. Content she provided for each program was very clear, significant to the topic, examples she explained were picked from the construction industry so that all attendees understand the gist of the topic. She was very well organized in using the available resources, transition between the topics and sections was logical and smooth. She is a very confident trainer, possess very good communication skills, has a good command over the language, voice and keeps the audience engaged throughout the session. The best part of her training is she makes the attendees to list down the takeaway from each topic, makes the attendees to prepare an Action Plan for 3 months, she follows up with each and every attendee regularly and makes sure Action plan is followed, Most of the trainers hardly follow-up to this level.
Campus to Corporate training intervention which lasted for 2 months was fantastic. Sessions were very informative, practical and fun-filled. These sessions not only helped me imporve my confidence and speaking skills, it also showed me my leadership path. I thank the trainer and Brain Train India for such innovative training solutions they provided me and my team.
